In Thursday's non-league test, the Westfield School Hornets (Perry, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Tattnall Square Academy Trojans (Macon, GA), by a tally of 7-1.
Next, the Hornets clash with the First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 9. Westfield School will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 4-0 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA).
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA). The Gators go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Bulloch Academy was routed by Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA), 20-3, in a non-league test.
