Oklahoma High School Softball - Velma-Alma felled by Alex

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Alex Longhorns softball team scored a nice 14-5 win over the Velma-Alma Comets.

Coming up next, the Longhorns encounter the Verden Tigers (Verden, OK) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, August 10. Alex will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 2-0 record after their 12-4 non-league win over Maysville (Maysville, OK).
