The Pinecrest Academy Paladins volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Fulton Science Academy Mustangs to 0 in the Paladins non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Paladins now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson Ferry Christian Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, August 18.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Cristo Rey Atlanta (Atlanta, GA). The enter the GIAA 1AAA game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Cristo Rey Atlanta was dropped by Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
