The Blue Devils now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to York Institute for a A District 7 test on Tuesday, September 6. Jackson County will meet a Dragons squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Watertown (Watertown, TN). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Cannon County drops to 0-5 on the season. The Lions host Macon County (Lafayette, TN) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 6. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Macon County won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against McGavock (Nashville, TN)
