Fairland Dragons (Proctorville, OH) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons confront the Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH) in a Ohio Valley challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Fairland will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Redmen enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 6-0 league win over South Point (South Point, OH).

The Blue Devils now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Point Pleasant for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. Gallia Academy will battle a Big Blacks team coming off a 7-1 league win over St. Joseph Central (Huntington, WV). The Big Blacks record now stands at 4-0.
