North Carolina High School Volleyball - Bandys tips East Burke

September 1, 2022: Connelly Springs, NC 28612

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) and the host East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC), saw Bandys's volleyball squad nip East Burke by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Bandys upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Trojans host Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 6. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Lincolnton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC)

The Cavaliers now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Newton-Conover for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 6. East Burke will play a Red Devils squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-2.
