The Monroe County Falcons topped the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Falcons now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metcalfe County for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 13.

The Hornets (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY). The Panthers enter the test with a 0-0 record.
