The Ola Mustangs softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Locust Grove Wildcats to 5 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Ola improves its record to 9-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 6. The Indians come into the game with a record of 10-4. East Coweta lost 8-3 in their recent non-league game against Heard County (Franklin, GA)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Warner Robins Demons (Warner Robins, GA) in a 5A Region 2 game, on Wednesday, September 7. Locust Grove will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Demons come into the game with a 2-9 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Northside (Warner Robins, GA).
