The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the LeRoy Panthers (LeRoy, IL) and the visiting Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL), saw LeRoy's volleyball squad beat Armstrong by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, LeRoy upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL) to play the Knights in a Heart of Illinois bout on Tuesday, September 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Fieldcrest won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Eureka (Eureka, IL)

The Trojans now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 3. Armstrong will play a Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Fisher (Fisher, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 2-3.
