North Carolina High School Volleyball - Oxford Prep over Excelsior Classical Academy

Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Excelsior Classical Academy Flying Lions (Durham, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Griffins clash with the Vance Charter Knights (Henderson, NC) in a Triangle North 1A match, on Thursday, September 8. Oxford Prep will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record.

With the loss, Excelsior Classical Academy drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Flying lions travel to Eno River (Hillsborough, NC) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 6. The Bobcats come into the match with a record of 8-0. Eno River won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC)
