The Scott's Branch Eagles topped the visiting Manning Monarchs volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnsonville for a A Region 5 test on Thursday, September 8.

The Monarchs (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC). The Warriors enter the AAA Region 7 test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Waccamaw was knocked off by Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC), 3-0, in a non-league test.
