The Desert Warriors now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Roswell for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. Santa Teresa will meet a Coyotes squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Gadsden (Anthony, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Chaparral drops to 0-2 on the season. The Lobos travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to meet the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 5. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 4-1. Mayfield won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM)
