With the triumph, Millard North improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Blue Springs South (Blue Springs, MO) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league game on Saturday, September 2. The Jaguars come into the game with a record of 4-1. Blue Springs South won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Duchesne/Roncalli (Omaha, NE)

In their next game, the Islanders clash with the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 1. Grand Island will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 4-3 record after their 13-5 non-league loss to ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO).
