The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 14-9. Como-Pickton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Commerce (Commerce, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 10-14 record. They play next when they host Tatum for a 3A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, September 8.
