The Barnstable Red Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Danvers Falcons to 0 in the Red Hawks non-league triumph on Monday.

The Red Hawks now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame Academy for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 3. Barnstable will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hingham (Hingham, MA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Danvers drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Falcons host Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA) to confront the Tanners in a Northeast match on Wednesday, September 3. The Tanners enter the match with a record of 0-0.
