Ohio High School Soccer - Brooklyn overwhelmed by Mapleton

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Mapleton Mounties soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Brooklyn Hurricanes.

The Mounties (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Mansfield Christian (Mansfield, OH). The Flames come into the Mid-Buckeye test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Mansfield Christian was overwhelmed by Hiland (Berlin, OH), 4-3, in a non-league test.

With the loss, Brooklyn drops to 3-2 on the season. The Hurricanes travel to Keystone (La Grange, OH) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, September 12. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-3. Keystone 3-3 in their recent non-league bout against Wellington (Wellington, OH)
