The Legacy Lightning softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Mountain Range Mustangs to 0 in the Lightning non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Legacy moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Lightning host Horizon (Thornton, CO) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 13. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 2-0. Horizon won 22-0 in their recent non-league game against Prairie View (Henderson, CO)

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 13. Mountain Range will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
