The Balboa Buccaneers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Archbishop Riordan Crusaders to 1 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Buccaneers now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Galileo for a game on Tuesday, September 20.
The Crusaders (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Mercy (Burlingame, CA). The Crusaders enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Mercy was nudged by Burlingame (Burlingame, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
