Briarfield Academy Rebels (Lake Providence, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Central School Pioneers (Grand Cane, LA), 14-0 in a league challenge.
The Rebels now own a 9-8 record.
With the loss, Central School falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Riverdale Academy (Coushatta, LA) to face the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 12. The Rebels enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Riverdale Academy lost 16-6 in their recent league challenge against Briarfield Academy (Lake Providence, LA)
