Michigan High School Volleyball - Flushing can't hold off South Lyon

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting South Lyon Lions volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Flushing Raiders.
The Lions (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Williamston (Williamston, MI). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Williamston was edged by St. Johns (St. Johns, MI), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Raiders clash with the South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 10. Flushing will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Milford (Highland, MI).
