In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting South Platte Blue Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Garden County Eagles.

The Blue Knights now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Creek Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 13. South Platte will confront a Storm team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Leyton (Dalton, NE). The Storm record now stands at 3-7.

The Eagles (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Creek Valley (Chappell, NE). The Storm enter the D2 District 11 test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Creek Valley was knocked off by Leyton (Dalton, NE), 2-1, in a non-league test.
