Alabama High School Volleyball - St. Paul's Episcopal edged by Hoover

The Hoover Buccaneers held off the host St. Paul's Episcopal Saints volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Buccaneers now have a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. Hoover will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.

The Saints (18-6) will now prepare for their test against Bayside Academy (Daphne, AL). The Admirals enter the non-league test with a 20-7 record. In their last test, Bayside Academy held off St. Michael Catholic (Fairhope, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
