Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Lake Country Lutheran over Laconia

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lake Country Lutheran Lightning (Hartland, WI) and the host Laconia Spartans (Rosendale, WI), saw Lake Country Lutheran's volleyball squad beat Laconia by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Lake Country Lutheran upgrades its record to 12-6 on the year. The Lightning host University School of Milwaukee (Milwaukee, WI) to play the Wildcats in a Midwest Classic bout on Tuesday, September 13. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-6. University School of Milwaukee lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Manawa (Manawa, WI)

The Spartans now own a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Winnebago Lutheran Academy for a Flyway bout on Thursday, September 15. Laconia will play a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Ripon (Ripon, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 7-2.
