The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Madera South Stallions (Madera, CA) and the visiting Torres Toros (Madera, CA), saw Madera South's volleyball squad beat Torres by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Madera South upgrades its record to 13-5 on the year. The Stallions travel to Sierra Pacific (Hanford, CA) to play the Golden Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. The Golden Bears go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Sierra Pacific lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bullard (Fresno, CA)

The Toros now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they travel to Fresno for a CMAC/NYL bout on Tuesday, September 13. Torres will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hoover (Fresno, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-5.
