The Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE) volleyball nudged the visiting Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE), 2-1 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Millard West upgrades its record to 12-5 on the year. The Wildcats host Omaha Central (Omaha, NE) to face the Eagles in a A District outing on Tuesday, September 13. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 6-5. Omaha Central won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Benson (Omaha, NE)

The Mustangs now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Westview for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 13. Millard North will face a squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to North Platte (North Platte, NE). The record now stands at 3-13.
