The Pleasant Grove Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Nevada Union Miners to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.

The Eagles now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vista del Lago for a non-league game on Saturday, September 10. Pleasant Grove will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Capital Christian (Sacramento, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

The Miners (7-12) will now prepare for their game against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins enter the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Ponderosa nipped Union Mine (El Dorado, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
