The Monte Vista Mustangs edged the host Amador Valley Dons flag football team by a score of 19-18 in Tuesday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 11. Monte Vista will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 29-6 league loss to California (San Ramon, CA).

The Dons (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dublin (Dublin, CA). The Gaels enter the challenge with a 0-8 record.
