Bland County Bears (Rocky Gap, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bland County improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Bears travel to Graham (Bluefield, VA) to face the G-Men in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. The G-Men go into the test with a record of 1-4. Graham lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Galax (Galax, VA)

The Blue Devils now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Chiswell for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Grayson County will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-2.
