In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Kathleen MacDonald Condor volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Eastside College Prep Panthers.

The Condor (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Firebirds enter the challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Fremont was tipped by Mountain View (Mountain View, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Harker Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Eastside College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Branham (San Jose, CA).
