The North Brunswick Scorpions volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host West Brunswick Trojans to 1 in the Scorpions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Scorpions now have a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ashley for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 12. North Brunswick will play a Screaming Eagle team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, West Brunswick drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 12. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 7-2. South Brunswick lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Topsail (Hampstead, NC)
