In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Abington Heights Comets soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Valley View Cougars.
The Comets (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Cavaliers enter the Lackawanna - Division I outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Scranton Prep tipped Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA), 3-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Cougars confront the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division I outing, on Thursday, September 12. Valley View will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Trojans enter the outing with a 5-0 record after their 1-0 league win over Delaware Valley (Milford, PA).
