In Tuesday's league outing, the host Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders soccer squad scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Sandhills Classical Christian Lions.

The Defenders (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Antioch Christian Academy (Lumberton, NC). The Gators go into the CCAA outing with a 1-0 record.
