First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Norfolk Academy Bulldogs (Norfolk, VA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, First Flight moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA) to meet the Mighty Oaks in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Mighty Oaks come into the test with a record of 1-1. Norfolk Collegiate lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA)
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Walsingham Academy for a TCIS test on Tuesday, September 17.
