Loyalton Grizzlies (Loyalton, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Lake Tahoe Prep Bears (Olympic Valley, CA), 5-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Loyalton moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Paradise Adventist Academy (Paradise, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a Pioneer test on Thursday, September 12. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 7-0. Paradise Adventist Academy won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Modoc (Alturas, CA)

The Bears now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Princeton for a test on Tuesday, September 17.
