Next, the Plainsmen meet the Del City Eagles (Del City, OK) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 10. Enid will attempt to upgrade on its 16-3 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 1-17 record after their 17-1 non-league loss to Enid (Enid, OK).

The Pirates (3-13) will now prepare for their test against Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Bishop McGuinness toppled Harrah (Harrah, OK), 4-3, in a league test.
