The Harrison Hoyas overwhelmed the host Osborne Cardinals softball squad by a count of 18-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Hoyas meet the Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA) in a 6A Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Harrison will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA).

The Cardinals (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against McEachern (Powder Springs, GA). The Indians go into the 6A Region 3 challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, McEachern toppled South Cobb (Austell, GA), 17-2, in a league challenge.
