The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lee's Summit Tigers (Lee's Summit, MO) and the host Park Hill South Panthers (Riverside, MO), observed Lee's Summit's softball team notch a victory over Park Hill South by a final score of 13-4.

The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO). The Panthers go into the Class 4 District 13 bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Raymore-Peculiar was routed by Liberty North (Liberty, MO), 12-9, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Kearney Bulldogs (Kearney, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 12. Park Hill South will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Staley (Kansas City, MO).
