The Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA), 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Bland County for a Mountain Empire bout on Thursday, September 12. Auburn will clash with a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Graham (Bluefield, VA). The Bears record now stands at 3-2.
