In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Bay Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Greene County Wildcats.
The Tigers (11-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Pass Christian (Pass Christian, MS). The Pirates come into the Class 4A Region 8 challenge with a 9-13 record. In their last challenge, Pass Christian lost by Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats play the Poplarville Hornets (Poplarville, MS) in a Class 4A Region 8 challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Greene County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Moss Point (Moss Point, MS).
