The St. Mary's Ryken Knights volleyball squad (Leonardtown, MD), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD)

With the win, Bishop McNamara improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to encounter the Panthers in a Washington Catholic battle on Monday, September 16. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Paul VI lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA)

The Knights now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Carroll for a Washington Catholic battle on Thursday, September 12. St. Mary's Ryken will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA). The Lions record now stands at 0-3.
