In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Holy Names Monarchs volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the California School for the Deaf Eagles.

The Monarchs (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA). The Marlins enter the Bay Counties - General challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Making Waves Academy was beaten by California Crosspoint (Hayward, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Fremont Christian Warriors (Fremont, CA) in a Bay Counties - General challenge, on Thursday, September 12. California School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA).
