In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Davenport Gorillas volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Liberty Lancers.
The Gorillas (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA). The Broncos enter the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna beat Warden (Warden, WA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lancers meet the Medical Lake Cardinals (Medical Lake, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over St. George's (Spokane, WA).
