Texas High School Volleyball - Pearland tips Dawson

September 10, 2024: Pearland, TX 77588

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Pearland Oilers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Dawson Eagles.

The Oilers (25-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Dobie (Houston, TX). The Longhorns come into the 6A Region III District 22 challenge with a 7-14 record. In their last challenge, Dobie was nudged by Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the South Houston Trojans (South Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 22 challenge, on Friday, September 13. Dawson will attempt to upgrade on its 17-10 season record. The Trojans go into the battle with a 13-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Manvel (Manvel, TX).
