The George County Rebels topped the host Pascagoula Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Rebels face the West Harrison Hurricanes (Gulfport, MS) in a Class 6A Region 4 game, on Thursday, September 12. George County will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record.
The Panthers (3-13) will now prepare for their game against Picayune (Picayune, MS). The Maroon Tide go into the Class 6A Region 4 game with a 5-17 record. In their last game, Picayune went down by Long Beach (Long Beach, MS), 3-0, in a league game.
