In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Whitley County Colonels volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Harlan County Black Bears.
The Colonels (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Green County (Greensburg, KY). The Dragons enter the non-league challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Green County was beaten by Adair County (Columbia, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Black Bears meet the Rye Cove Eagles (Clinchport, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 14. Harlan County will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.
