The Rebels (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against West Union (Myrtle, MS). The Eagles enter the Class 1A Region 3 contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, West Union was knocked off by Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Hawks battle the Potts Camp Cardinals (Potts Camp, MS) in a Class 1A Region 3 contest, on Thursday, September 12. Myrtle will attempt to move on its 4-13 season record. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 15-1 record after their 3-1 league win over West Union (Myrtle, MS).
