In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Meridian Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Liberty Eagles.
The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Millbrook (Winchester, VA). The Pioneers come into the Northwestern challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Millbrook beat Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Eagles play the Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA) in a Northwestern challenge, on Monday, September 16. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
