The Somerset Christian Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting McCreary Central Raiders to 0 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Southwestern for a District 48 outing on Thursday, September 12. Somerset Christian will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Wayne County (Monticello, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, McCreary Central drops to 5-7 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY) to play the Panthers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 13.
