North Carolina High School Volleyball - Northwest Guilford over Ragsdale

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) and the host Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC), observed Northwest Guilford's volleyball team top Ragsdale by a count of 3-1.

The Vikings (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Falcons enter the Metro 4A contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Southeast Guilford notched a victory over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) in a Metro 4A contest, on Thursday, September 12. Ragsdale will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Cowboys enter the contest with a 7-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC).
