Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Valdosta improves its record to 11-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Camden County (Kingsland, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a 6A Area 1 bout on Tuesday, September 10. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 8-9. Camden County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Glynn Academy (Brunswick, GA)

With the loss, Pierce County drops to 19-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 10.
